Terms of Service

Welcome to Cobra Tees.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use our website or place an order with us. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. Who we are

Cobra Tees is an Australian clothing brand. We sell graphic tees, tanks, stickers, phone covers and related products.

Our products are printed on demand. That means each item is made after you order it.

Printing and shipping are fulfilled by our production partner, Tapstitch.

2. Using the website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You agree not to:

  • use the site for anything illegal
  • copy, scrape or misuse our content
  • attempt to interfere with the website
  • use our designs, logo or brand without permission

We may refuse or cancel an order if we believe these Terms have been broken.

3. Products and descriptions

We try to show products as accurately as possible. Colours can look different on different screens, so a tee may not match your screen exactly.

Because items are printed after you order:

  • we do not hold finished stock of every design and size
  • small differences in print placement, colour and garment finish can happen
  • product availability can change

If an item cannot be printed or shipped, we will contact you and refund that item.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your cart.

We may accept or decline an order. An order is accepted when payment is received and the order moves into production.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for paying the price shown at checkout, including shipping.

We use Shopify and its payment providers to process payments.

5. Print-on-demand and cancellations

Because Tapstitch prints your order after checkout, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.

If you need to change an address or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not gone into production, we will try to stop it. If it has already been printed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

6. Shipping

Shipping times start after production, not at the moment you pay.

Typical production time is 1–3 business days.

Typical total delivery times:

  • Australia: 10–17 days
  • United Kingdom: 8–16 days
  • United States: 8–16 days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of production, carriers, customs or incorrect address details.

You must enter a complete and correct shipping address. If a parcel is delayed, returned or lost because of a wrong address, extra charges may apply.

Customs, import charges or local taxes outside Australia are the customer’s responsibility unless we say otherwise at checkout.

7. Returns and refunds

Printed-to-order clothing is generally not returnable because of change of mind, wrong size chosen, or colour looking different on screen.

We will refund or replace an item if it arrives:

  • damaged
  • faulty
  • significantly different from what was ordered
  • with a print defect caused by production

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the item and the issue.

If Tapstitch or the carrier confirms a production or shipping fault, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returned shipping for change-of-mind orders is not covered.

8. Intellectual property

All Cobra Tees designs, logos, product images, text and brand content belong to Cobra Tees.

You may not copy, sell, reprint or use our designs for your own products or store.

If you upload artwork for a custom order, you confirm you own that artwork or have permission to use it. You are responsible if that artwork infringes someone else’s rights.

9. Reviews and content

If you leave a review or send us content, you give us permission to use it on our website and social media.

Do not post anything false, offensive, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Australian law, Cobra Tees is not liable for:

  • delays caused by Tapstitch, postal services or customs
  • loss caused by an incorrect address you entered
  • small differences in print, colour or garment sizing
  • indirect loss, lost profit, or loss of enjoyment

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, you still have those legal rights.

Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Privacy

We collect and use personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy.

This includes your name, email, shipping address and order details, which we need to fulfil your order through Shopify and Tapstitch.

12. Changes

We can update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be on this page.

If we make an important change, we will update the date below.
