Shipping
All apparel is printed to order. Nothing is held in our warehouse.
How long it takes
- Printing: 1–7 business days
- Delivery: usually 7–15 business days after it ships
Most Australian orders arrive about 2–4 weeks after purchase. US orders can be faster if fulfilled from Los Angeles.
These times are estimates. Customs, weather, peak periods, and public holidays can add delay.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. A small number of countries cannot receive international parcels. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email once the order leaves the fulfilment centre.
Duties and taxes
For standard international shipping, import fees are usually included. Remote or express deliveries may still attract local charges. Australian GST is handled at checkout where required.
Wrong or incomplete address
If the courier cannot deliver because the address is incomplete or incorrect, the parcel may be returned. Extra reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us with your order number and we will follow it up with the fulfilment partner.

Printed in 1–7 business days, then about 10–15 days in transit. Allow 2–4 weeks in total.
